Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 – 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing. One proud woman show and occasional help by parents, will carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards before dispatch.

During periods of high order volumes, the processing time may vary.

Shipping Method and Timeframe

Shipping is handled through the international postal service namely Express Mail Service (EMS), with delivery taking 21 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will be notified of your tracking number within 1 – 10 working business days after purchase. Kindly follow the link track your parcel and get real-time updates on your shipment.

Additionally, shipping timeframe and actual delivery times can slightly vary according to import customs clearance procedures or local postal services in your country.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location.

Before proceeding to checkout and payment, you will be able to view the shipping cost of your location.

Additionally, I attached EMS postage rates below for your overview. Important notes: the checkout shipping cost formula on my website aligns total weight of order above 500g with postal rates. However, the formula does not align total weight of order below 500g with postal rates. For example, 200g total weight order and 500g total weight order both cost 600MUR (Zone 1), 700MUR (Zone 2), etc.

It is therefore recommended to total your order 500g or above (and not below 500g).

There are no hidden shipping cost. Once your order is shipped by postal courier, customers are responsible for clearing import customs or duties, if any, in your country.

Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential additional charges before placing an order. Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being delayed or returned to us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
